The app is not yet signed by Apple or Microsoft, so your system asks you to confirm it once.
- Open the app, then go to System Settings › Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
- If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Install the .deb or .rpm with your package manager, or make the AppImage executable and run it.
